My journey began at Korn Ferry International, where I learned the craft of executive search. Since then, I’ve led recruiting and talent initiatives at organizations like Salesforce, Sony Electronics, Rakuten USA, and a number of fast-moving startups. Most recently, I served as Senior Talent Business Partner at Chorus Innovations, a mission-driven health tech company where I partnered closely with C-suite leaders to attract top-tier talent and build inclusive, high-performing teams.
Over the years, I’ve placed professionals across nearly every sector from entry-level to C-suite and co-founded Grisham Group Executive Search, where I led senior-level searches for clients including Hewlett-Packard, Chevron, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Wells Fargo, and Bank of America. My experience spans technology, healthcare, finance, and more, always with a focus on authentic partnership, DEI-driven strategies, and long-term success.
Beyond recruiting, I’m passionate about giving back. I co-founded the Last Mile Foundation to support the college aspirations of underrepresented African American students, and I’ve served as a Girl Scout Leader and community volunteer with organizations such as St. Vincent de Paul of Alameda County and the 12 Days of Christmas (Oakland Chapter).
